About Me
I am a psychologist, a yogi, a mother of two, a vegetarian, and a traveler. Outside of work, I enjoy baking & cooking and trying new restaurants. I love spending time outdoors - biking, hiking, chasing my kids at a playground, or simply watching a sunset. I am an avid reader, comedy watcher, and New York Times crossword puzzler.
As a therapist, I am warm, attentive, and empathic. Clients report that they experience me as trustworthy and knowledgable. I aim to be helpful and guide you in the direction of growth, while respecting your pace. I use humor, metaphors, and some well-placed cursing! We will work collaboratively together, both taking an active role in your therapy.
